A day on Guanabara Bay with drinks, lunch, swimming, snorkelling and time to simply float.
SAMBA EXPERIENCE

A nature excursion through rainforest and along the coast to a secluded beach, including a picnic.
CLOSING CEREMONY

Not at all. Our yoga practices are accessible to all levels. You need no prior experience — only a willingness to move and be present in your body.

We keep our retreats intentionally small — typically 8 to 12 women for international retreats, and up to 15 for local experiences. This ensures genuine connection and personal attention that a larger group cannot offer.

All accommodation, daily yoga and meditation, workshop circles, ceremony and ritual, cultural activities, and select meals are included. International flights and travel insurance are not included. Full inclusions are listed on each retreat page.
